Antique c
.1890 English (London marked) heavy thick sterling silver Needle case thimble & box. The thick heavy thimble (an actual thimble) screws into a needle case with raised apple blossoms all over. I have Looked and Looked and cannot find anything else like this. The bail has tiny English hallmarks. 5 of them with a Lion for London and other marks like date & maker. This is an important piece measuring 2 1/2" long and is ready to hang from the neck or a chatelaine. Great condition and with marks and rarity this is a superb example. Thick heavy sterling here with great raised floral design. You will not find another. Please look at my "Other" items page for more great pieces added weekly. Please no returns because you do not "Like" the piece. Also, Shipping WEST of the Mississippi River is more money to ship. The amount for shipping is for the east coast, so PLEASE wait for a invoice before you pay if you live West of Ohio or South of Arkansas. Thank you
PLEASE go to "Sellers Other Items" page to search through all my new and current listings. I am sure you will find other great pieces. I always combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. I ship quickly and offer two different forms of shipping. Standard which is first class and if you need it quicker Priority which is faster but will cost more.
ALWAYS ask questions before you bid if you want additional information or photos of the items. I am easy to work with.
I do my best to find great piece to bring to ebay and always am searching for new ones. I have a great return policy which is 30 days but I ask that you do not ask for a return just because you do not like a piece. If I make a mistake in the listing I pay for the return, but if you decide differently you are responsible for return shipping cost. I do ship ALL over the world, but now use nothing but "Express" Shipping which is signed for in Europe & elsewhere. Please ask if you have further questions on shipping.
SHIPPING Anywhere WEST of Missouri will cost MORE money and I will be adding an additional fee to the already stated shipping cost. Why don't I offer free shipping. Because I sell "Antique items" not new items and it takes time and effort to pack and use Very good materials to ship to you. It costs me a lot of money to do this for my buyers. I take a great amount of time and provide the best materials to ship.
I pack very well and you can be rest assured that your items will arrive in the same condition you see pictured.
ASK ALL QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE THEM PRIOR TO BIDDING.
Track Page Views With
Auctiva's FREE Counter
On Jan-27-18 at 12:50:22 PST, seller added the following information:
PLEASE NO RETURNS or EXcuses.
